John Mizerak has over twenty years experience owning and operating a small business.  After starting as a printing franchise in 1987, he developed his business into one of the largest centers in a chain of over 500 locations in the United States.  Through innovative approaches, John's business has been recognized as a leader in technological advances as well as marketing techniques.  The home office of the franchise organization has used many of John's ideas for promotional purposes for the entire franchise operation worldwide.   During the course of operating the printing business, John and his team transformed the business into a marketing company geared towards a win-win strategy of customer service by truly partnering with his clients.  Developing his associates and his clients is John's passion--he wants to make an impact on the business world by challenging conventional thinking and pointing businesspeople towards a servant leadership model.  John founded the Christian Communication Foundation in 2003 to assist ministries in their marketing efforts by offering $10,000 worth of grants each year.  John, along with his partners Bill Bellows and Alan Partain have also founded Trinity Leadership Development in order to offer strategic leadership development to churches, ministries, non-profit and other organizations.

Bill Bellows has twenty-five years of executive leadership, management, operational and marketing experience in professional services, information technology, e-Commerce and consumer technology products. He has held leadership positions in emerging-growth companies providing strategic management through various stages including equity investment, product development, product launches, and liquidity events. He has served as a strategic consultant to executive management in large, publicly traded corporations, including Hewlett-Packard, Xilinx, Intel and Iomega.  Bill was the co-founder of Copithorne & Bellows, one of the most successful global marketing consulting and public relations firms in technology.  He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Veritect, Inc., the managed security services subsidiary of Veridian, a publicly traded homeland security company now owned by General Dynamics, and played a major role in the successful divestiture of the company.  Bill also served as Chief Marketing Officer for RedCreek Communications and helped to re-position the company for a successful sale and was the Chief Marketing Officer for Simplexity, Inc. and helped to build strong brand awareness for the company while raising venture and strategic financing.  Bill is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland's Clark School of Engineering and has been a guest lecturer at Menlo College.  

Ray Linder is helping build winning teams with programs centered on celebrating individual differences.  Ray's work is internationally recognized and he has worked with Fortune 500 companies, the U.S. Army and Air Force, government agencies such as the Office of Personnel Management and the Department of Justice, the District of Columbia, and major universities.  He is author of three books, and his many media appearances include a feature story on CNBC, USA Today, the Washington Post, the Boston Herald, Leadership, and The Bulletin of Psychological Type. Ray is associated with several world-class organizational and leadership development consulting firms and in addition to his current training and coaching work, his business experience includes corporate and investment finance, fundraising and development, sales, and pastoral ministry.

Steve Dawson is the Founder and Executive Director of Keystone Christian Ministry Foundation  (DBA Keystone Ministries).  Since it's founding in 2002,  Keystone Ministries has offered chaplaincy ministry to small businesses, and to business owners in the Washington, DC region.  Pastor Steve is an ordained minister, who served two congregations as a Senior Pastor over a 15-year period.  Prior to that, he worked for 20 years in the brokerage business in the financial planning/insurance/investment field.  As a former business owner, whose clientele consisted of small business owners, he is now blending his love for business with a "pastor's heart" for business owners and employees.  Pastor Steve facilitates group Bible studies in business offices, provides mentoring and coaching for business owners who want to run their businesses according to Biblical principles, and offers confidential pastoral care to employees and their families.  In addition, he works with business owners and executive staff in areas relating to leadership development and team building.

Matt Gonzalez has been a valuable team member at Unity Business Solutions since 1995. Matt has recognized that the more you know the better you can serve others and has used this philosophy to guide his career and help his customers in his years of service at Unity Business Solutions. In his years of service, he has help positions in customer service, sales, prepress and design, marketing, direct mail and technology development.  Because of the array of skills he has developed he is able to help our customers assess their needs and develop a strategy to grow their business. His primary focus is helping businesses recognize their goals and establish a plan for growth around their existing resources.

Randy Sly recently joined Unity Business Solutions as their Creative Services Director. He is a veteran writer and communications specialist with over 35 years of experience. He began his career in 1968 as a radio personality, producer, and broadcast journalist. In addition to his work in communications, Randy served as a pastor and denominational leader from 1972 until 2006. Over the years he has worked on projects for many corporations and organizations nationally and internationally, particularly in the areas of non-profit and Christian ministries. His work includes news articles, ads, brochures, newsletters, eBooks, speeches, press releases, and websites, as well as writing scripts for radio, TV, film, video, and multi-image presentations. He is also a published author, having written for a number of national periodicals and served as a major contributing author and editor for the multi-volume encyclopedic series. As a media specialist, he has over 50 multi-media and film scripts and hundreds of radio/TV commercials to his credit.

Gary Terbush has been a member of the Unity Business Solutions team since 2007. Gary has over 20 years of experience in production management.  He has held a leadership position in a 60-person production organization.  His responsibilities have ranged from business development, major equipment evaluation and purchases, vendor and customer relations, budgeting and cost reduction programs.  Gary graduated from the New York School of audio Research.

Amy Pruden is a graduate of Parsons School of design, and has been in the printing industry since 1991.  During her years at Unity Business Solutions, she has been a pivotal part of the team.  Since starting in 1999 managing one of our top customers, her strengths in sales and organization have led her to the position of Customer Service Manager.  In 2006 she was the #5 top producing inside sales representative in the entire national network. She is results-oriented and goal focused, and is looking forward to growing in Event and Meeting planning with Unity Business Solutions.

Kevin Summers has been a member of the Unity Business Solutions team since 1992, and has served in almost every position in the company, from delivery driver to production manager.  For the past few years, he has worked as a graphic designer, and his work in this field has been well-received throughout the region.  Outside the office, Kevin is a professional author, an amateur actor, and a part-time writing teacher.

Grant Yeary is a creative communicator with ten years experience designing and implementing communication plans for a variety of for profit and non-profit clients.  He utilizes creative, attention-drawing communication strategies that encompass a variety of traditional and nontraditional media in order share the client's stories and to meet their communication needs.  Before coming to Unity Business Solutions in 2006, Grant created and managed the external and internal communications for a 500-member non-profit organization.  Grant graduated with honors from Shepherd University with a Communications degree.

Cyndie Waldron has been a member of the Unity Business Solutions team since 2004.  She has served in several positions in various departments and has proven to be an invaluable team member because of that flexibility.  Her future goal is to work with team development as a graphic designer and photographer.

Truc To has been a member of the Unity Business Solutions team since 2000.  Truc started his career in the printing business in 1989 after moving to America from Vietnam.  Truc continues to learn his craft and hopes to expand his knowledge of the printing field.

Jagdeep Basati has been a member of the Unity Business Solutions team since 2007 as our delivery driver, and has since taken up duties in the bindery department.  He is currently attending college and working toward a degree in business administration.
